3. White-Label Usage
Approved users may repackage and resell services provided through TMDRevenueRockets.com. Users must maintain all service integrity and may not falsely represent ownership of Company intellectual property.
4. Partner Sales & Commissions
Partners classified as "Level 1: Partner" or "Level 2: Team Lead" are required to register each closed deal through our official Deal Registration form to be eligible for commission. All such sales must be reviewed and approved by a "Level 3: Assistant Manager" or "Level 4: Manager" partner. Commissions will not be paid on unconfirmed or unapproved sales. This policy is in place to ensure sales integrity and proper tracking.
5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds. In certain cases, we may issue credits to be used on future purchases via a TMD-branded gift card. Credits are issued at the sole discretion of The Marketing Department LLC.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website — including but not limited to branding, copy, graphics, logos, digital products, and service frameworks — is the exclusive property of The Marketing Department LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
7. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect user data, including but not limited to email addresses, payment information, and user activity. We do not sell your data to third parties. Use of this Website constitutes agreement with our Privacy Policy.

11. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
