How do I upload music to the platform?
Only admin accounts (themktingdepo@gmail.com) can upload music. If you're an admin, go to the Music Library and click the 'Upload Media' button.
How do billing and payments work?
All payments are processed through Square. You'll be redirected to Square's secure payment system when making purchases.
What's the difference between Client and Partner accounts?
Clients can purchase Billboard Boosts and pay $5/month for music access. Partners get full access to all tools and dashboards.
How do I become a white-label partner?
Apply for partnership through our partner signup form. Once approved, you'll get access to white-label marketing services.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
